WELCOME to FAITH OVER FEAR, where fear is not a factor. My name is Tessa Mais-Duncan and I am the sole proprietor of this business in which I started in May 2014. I started this business not only for myself but for thousands of umemployed people in the community that allow fear to take over when it's time to step out into the job field.

 

I am here to create a relantionship between the employers and potential employees in citrus and all surrounding counties, and to also create a job forum for everyone to join and express their experience in the the job market.
